This league is a partial keeper league. A hybrid of a dynasty/re-draft league. The Category Players list and keeper rules were brought over from the NCFFL. All players are ranked in categories from 1 to 15.
Here are the bullet points
A team owner has the option of retaining a player from the previous year in exchange for a corresponding draft pick from the category that the player has been placed in.
An owner may retain up to six (6) players.
An owner may only retain one (1) player from any one category.
You may elect to retain zero players if you so choose.
Retention lists will be due by a specific date determined and announced by Commissioner Sean

As a former league commissioner, the last item I want to mention are league fees. The task of collecting league fees for me was always the most uncomfortable. Nobody likes to ask for payment. And nobody likes to be hounded to make the payment.
I don’t know if Commissioner Sean has to raise fees or not, but when you are getting ready for the draft, I encourage you to place paying your league fees at the top of your to do list.
